The nature of this shift is forcing practitioners to compromise their quality of care for patients in order to meet overhead requirements. Adopting a cash based model or adding cash based services can drastically reduce administrative hassles and expense, infuse your business with much needed cash flow and provide better quality of care to patients.
In order to ensure the best possible chances for a successful business we’ve developed a screening process that will allow us to better understand if owning a Wholistics is the right fit for both you and the company. Ideal candidates are:

    • Entrepreneurs who are familiar with owning their own businesses

Each center may vary, depending on the owner’s experience or desire to have only a few services or a larger facility. However, all centers will offer a nutrition, psychotherapy and exercise component. We’ll help guide you in customizing your center for maximum flexibility and growth potential.
We want to make sure your business is a success and in order to do that it needs to be sufficiently capitalized. We’ll provide you with an outline of your start up costs which will vary based on size and services at your center. However, the initial capital requirements needed for candidate pre-approval are individuals with $75k liquid capital, that can be easily accessed at any time and those with a minimum net worth of 200K. 75K is simply what we would like to see you have in liquid capital for pre-approval. A portion or all of your investment may be funded by outside lending sources. We do not offer financing directly to franchisees but can put you in touch with recommended lending companies that specialize in helping franchisees obtain capital for their new venture.
We will be offering centers in the majority of states throughout the United States, however our primary focus is the region around Philadelphia, near our flagship location and where people know and love our brand best.  Only a limited number of centers will be offered in this region to the most qualified applicants. Our franchise is not registered in certain states, as such, we will not be offering franchises in those states at this time.

During your application process you will propose a desired location. It is advisable to do some general research of the area such a demographics, household income and population density to submit along with your selection to further explain your reasoning for choosing the area. We will conduct an in depth analysis of the site selection to ensure it meets our criteria for a Wholistics center and you may submit some alternate locations for review if it does not.

Ideal locations for Wholistics centers are located in strip malls, prime retail areas and areas with ample visibility and parking.

  • Step 1:  Email us at franchise@wholisticfitnessonline.com to express your interest. We’ll then send you an application to complete. Once it’s been submitted, it will be carefully reviewed and you will hear from us within 7 days regarding our decision to pre-approve.
  • Step 2: Once you become a pre-approved candidate we’ll schedule an initial phone consultation with a franchise development consultant so we can learn more about you and you can learn about us.
  • Step 3. A site visit to our flagship location and corporate headquarters will be scheduled so you can see an actual Wholistics center and explore some more about what it will be like to own your own center.
  • Step 4. You’ll review the franchise disclosure document and we’ll complete your application. You’ll find your new location and begin training. Finally, you’ll have your grand opening and be on your way to your dream career and changing lives!
Wholistics offers a wide variety of services including support in real estate selection, facility design and layout, equipment purchasing, training and opening support. We also offer ongoing assistance through additional training, operation advisory assistance, marketing assistance, operation manuals and revisions, supplier relations and periodic evaluations of your franchise and operating systems.

– What is the average unit sales volume and profit from a Wholistics Center?

Each market and center is independently owned and operated, unique and consequently have different levels of costs, sales potential and profits. During your business planning, you are encouraged to conduct as much research as you feel necessary to be confident with your financial estimates.

– What other sales & earnings numbers can you share with a potential franchisee?

Wholistics does not furnish, or authorize our company personnel to furnish, any oral or written information concerning the actual, average, projected or forecasted sales, costs, income or profits of Wholistics centers. We’ve developed a diverse portfolio of services and multiple revenue streams such as ongoing memberships, retail sales, special events and workshops and are continually researching and developing new strategies and services to aid in the financial health of each franchise.

You agree to the opening date of your facility in the development agreement, but as a rule people will have up to 270 days to open their center.
This franchise offering is not being offered by us or by anyone acting on our behalf or with our knowledge to residents of (nor is it otherwise specifically directed to any person in, nor will any franchise or business opportunity be located and/or sold in) California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Virginia, Washington or Wisconsin, until the offering has been registered and declared effective and an approved disclosure document has been properly delivered to the prospective franchisees.
