Why choose us?

We offer a variety of fun and effective small group fitness classes specifically designed for women.

All are welcome here, from the beginner to advanced. Some of our classes include TRX, Kickboxing, Bodyscuplting, Kettlebells, Hot Yoga, Barre, Bootcamps, Zumba, Spin and more. And don’t forget about our small group training for the wildly famous and effective Reformer Pilates!

Our instructors are knowledgeable and provide modifications on the spot to make movements either more or less intense depending on the needs of each individual.

We limit the amount of people in each of our group fitness classes to maintain smaller group settings so that your experience always has a personal touch, unlike gyms. Our reformer pilates classes are limited to 4 people per class so you get more of a private customized class designed to fit your needs.

If you’re looking for a comfortable environment to get back into the swing of things, rest assured you will be very comfortable in our fitness classes. Only the most qualified, dedicated, and dynamic instructors will lead you through these workouts.  We hope to provide you with a truly unique experience, so throw on some comfy clothes and come join us! You’re welcome to buy one class at a time or a package of classes for a greater value.
